How shall we confirm your order:

-> Prescriptions: Available if your animal is permanently on a prescribed medication. Please contact us at least 24 hours before you wish to collect the medication so we can check the prescription with your veterinarian and dispense the medication. It is a legal requirement that we examine your pet regularly (usually every 6 months) in order to re-dispense medications. This is to check for side-effects and ensure the most appropriate dose and drug is being prescribed. If it has been more than 6 months since your pet’s last visit to us, contact us on 09 626 4335 to arrange a consultation with your veterinarian. If you are unsure, our staff will check this and let you know if this is required.

Ordering online We need a few details so that we can match your request to our client and patient records. Some of these details are listed on the medication label from your last script.
